I had to upgrade my monster computer to Windows 8 the other day and I have successfully installed about half of my EPs so far. I'm trying to install sim.pak files and they're not working. They come up with "path not found" error message.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Last night I bought the Open for Business EP with the H&M/Kitchen SP from the Origin store (which may have been my first mistake). My Apartment life stopped working. The disc went bad, i think. so i bought a new disk of apartment life. but before i uninstalled the old AP, I backed up my files. and now that i have installed the brand new disk of apartment life, i have no idea how i am supposed to get the characters from the saved files onto the disk or into the story. can ( Read more... )
